FSU offers several options for library resources at USMH. All students will need a Student ID to access these libraries. FSU-USMH students should contact Toni Hathaway, 240-527-2731 at FSU-USMH for an ID appointment.
- Lewis J. Ort Library (located on the main FSU campus)
- Hagerstown Community College Brish Library Located on 11400 Robinwood Drive. The Brish Library is on the second floor of the Learning Resource Center (LRC) Building in the center of the campus.

- USMH Library (located in the USMH Facility in Room 137)
